Recipe for 5 gallons:

4 lbs Belgian Pilsner
4 lbs Vienna Malt
1 lb Oats, Flaked
8 oz Aromatic Malt
8 oz Caramunich III
8 oz Special B Malt

1 oz Celeia boil 60 min
Whirlfloc Tablet boil 15 min

Wyeast Labs #1007 German Ale
Wyeast Labs #3763 Roselare Belgian Blend

2 oz French Oak Cubes - Medium Toast secondary 1 year
