8 lbs Maris Otter
1 lb Caramel Malt - 80L
1 lb Caramunich II
1 lb Munich Malt - 20L

1 oz Citra boil 60 min
1 oz Simcoe boil 30 min
1 oz Amarillo boil 15 min
1 Whirlfloc Tablet boil 15
1 oz Cascade boil 0 min
