Recipe for 5 gallons:

10 lbs Maris Otter
12 oz Caramel Malt - 40L
8 oz Chocolate Malt

1 oz Falconer's Flight boil 60 min
1 oz Cascade boil 30 min
Whirlfloc Tablet boil 15 min
1 oz Citra boil 15 min
1 oz Mosaic boil 5 min
