Recipe for 5 gallons:

9 lbs Pilsner Malt
1 lb White Wheat Malt

1 Whirlfloc Tablet boil 15 mins
1 oz Falconer's Flight boil 15 min
1 oz Falconer's Flight boil 0 min
10 g Glucoamylase added between 131-140F during cooling

Lallemand Voss Kveik Ale Yeast

2 oz Falconer's Flight dry hop 3 Days
